Anne C. Belanger, MA, MT(ASCP)

Ms. Belanger was the Executive Director of Laboratory Accreditation Services for the Joint Commission for 7 years. Ms. Belanger was a principal member of the CLSI (formerly NCCLS) subcommittees on Laboratory Design and Unit Use Testing, as well as the National Fire Protection Association's Committee on Chemistry Laboratories. She is a national speaker and author on various accreditation and laboratory topics.

Prior to her work with the Joint Commission, Ms. Belanger held managerial and supervisory positions at a number of hospital laboratories. She has an undergraduate degree in Medical Technology from the University of Dayton and a Masters Degree from Central Michigan University in Health Care Administration.
