She has the proven ability to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and organizational effectiveness involving complex business initiatives in the healthcare arena. She has solid business credentials, a strong track record, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. She is effective in networking, collaborating, negotiating, strategic partnering, and building business relationships with physicians, managed care plans, health care purchasers, hospitals, healthcare coalitions, and other healthcare stakeholders locally and nationally. She is a skilled facilitator working with varied stakeholders in highly complex environments to help lead organizations through business transformations. Ms. Flynn is also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and has experience utilizing Six Sigma and Lean techniques within performance improvement engagements.

Her experience includes:
Associate Director, Laboratory Division for Navigant Consulting where she was responsible for conducting laboratory consulting engagements including performance improvement, supply chain, hospital outreach, revenue enhancement and strategic planning in complex healthcare environments.

Senior Consultant and Vice President, Marketing for Park City Solutions (now Chi Solutions) where she was responsible for developing innovative solutions to improve operations, financial results, quality and service within healthcare organizations. She conducted and managed large consulting engagements including strategic planning, process redesign and improvement, outreach development and compliance.

Business Development Director, Sunquest (originally Misys Healthcare) where she helped to develop technology-driven process re-design programs related to hospital information systems.

Linda has also worked as a Medical Technologist in various laboratory management positions. She has a B.S. in Medical Technology from Eastern Kentucky University, an M.S. in Immuno-Hematology from the University of Cincinnati, and an MBA from Northern Kentucky University.
